Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Cheatish is an AI powered cheat sheet generator operated by Axiosware LLC. The service accepts uploaded study documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD) and generates a condensed, single page cheat sheet. A single credit costs $3.49; discounted packs are also available. Payments are processed via Stripe.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cheatish only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload content that violates copyright, intellectual property rights, or any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or circumvent the payment system.
• Use the service to generate content for purposes other than personal study aids.

3. Payments & Refunds

You must sign in through Clerk and verify your email before buying or using credits. Credits are saved to the account used at checkout. You purchase generation credits: 1 credit for $3.49, 4 credits for $11.99, or 15 credits for $29.99. One credit funds one sheet generation. Credits expire 365 days after your purchase is first fulfilled; buying more credits does not extend earlier purchases. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

If generation fails, you are not charged for nothing. A failed generation does not consume your payment, so you can retry with the same payment. If a failure is permanent and we cannot produce a sheet for your document, email us and we will refund you in full.

Because each sheet is generated specifically for your document and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for a sheet that was successfully generated and delivered. If you are unhappy with the result, email us anyway and we will look at it.

4. Output Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you upload and the cheat sheets generated from your materials. Axiosware claims no rights to your uploaded documents or generated output.

5. No Warranty

Cheatish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated cheat sheets will be free of errors, complete, or suitable for any specific exam or academic purpose. You are responsible for reviewing the output before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Axiosware LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to academic outcomes, lost data, or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific generation in question.

7. Privacy

Your use of Cheatish is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your uploaded documents.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cheatish. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has paid for or used the service, email us and we will refund and delete the record.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Please email us first. Most problems are a failed generation or a payment question and are resolved the same day. Contact admin@axiosware.com before starting any formal proceeding.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Axiosware LLC agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and each waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, which for a $3.49 product is usually the faster and cheaper route.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder stays in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Cheatish after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
