1. Service Description

Cheatish is an AI-powered cheat sheet generator operated by Axiosware LLC. The service accepts uploaded study documents (DOCX, DOC, TXT, MD) and generates a condensed, single-page cheat sheet. Each generation costs $3.49, processed via Stripe.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cheatish only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload content that violates copyright, intellectual property rights, or any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or circumvent the payment system.
• Use the service to generate content for purposes other than personal study aids.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Each $3.49 payment entitles you to one cheat sheet generation. If the service fails to generate a cheat sheet due to a technical error, contact us for assistance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Output Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you upload and the cheat sheets generated from your materials. Axiosware claims no rights to your uploaded documents or generated output.

5. No Warranty

Cheatish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated cheat sheets will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific exam or academic purpose. You are responsible for reviewing the output before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Axiosware LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to academic outcomes, lost data, or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific generation in question.

7. Privacy

Your use of Cheatish is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We follow a zero-retention data policy for all uploaded documents.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Cheatish after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
